The unifying element is Margherita Maccapani Missoni's unique vision, as every piece in the space is an extension of her personal aesthetic and passion.
Window Into a Designer's World: Cultivating Connection
The designer encouraged guests to engage in "window gazing," as if observing her creative world from an external perspective. A collaboration with the nearby cafe has begun, aiming to nurture a sense of community among visitors. In its second year, her approach shifted towards refining and distilling the brand's foundational elements. This deliberate focus led her to reassert Maccapani's defining aesthetic principles for the Fall 2026 season.
Textural Narratives: Signature Knitwear and Innovative Designs
Her artistic direction continued to highlight luxurious, textured jersey jacquards – a now iconic element of the brand – utilized for capri pants, intricate lace-up mini cardigans, and sophisticated chemisier dresses. This season, she broadened her material exploration to include a wool-inspired jacquard, meticulously cut into stylish overshirts and artfully padded to create bomber jackets. The collection was further enriched by soft, intricately fashioned nets, two-tone layered knits, ethereal drop-stitch lurex, and meticulously structured grid patterns.
